General description:

KRIPTEL P96 is high technology equipment for voice, and data transfer in open or cipher mode. Connection can be obtained using standard telephone line or/and Ethernet10 LAN.

This new feature gave us more functionality in term of simultaneously using analog public switching telephone network, and Internet global communication network.There is not all, because next feature is interesting too. This is mixing voice and data at same time. We can make local connection between PC and KRIPTEL P96, and with our software work on file transfer, terminal connection, or exchange simple graphics in specking time. A voice quality in compare with other compress algorithm and communication speed is very good, whitch mean you can recognize a person, by his ( her ) voice tonality, on other side.

The cipher mode has some specifics too. The DES algorithm is basic crypt algorithm (1,91*10¹⁹ keys). In addition, we have dynamic changing crypt keys, generating by random generator three times in second, and protection for recording and playback message.

Possible configuration:

USE WITH STANDARD PUBLIC SWITCING TELEPHONE NETWORK

In this configuration we can use a phone in normal conditions. The cipher mode is started by simple press on specified a button in speaking time, and after voice message about accomplishing protected mode is received one can continue communication.

COMMUNICATION OVER THE INTERNET IS OBTAINED BY TEL. LINE OR ETHERNET10 LAN

This configuration shows us many connection possibilities. You can see three examples:

In the first example the KRIPTEL P96 has connections on the Internet using standard telephone line. A voice connection can be made to user 2 or 3. We are able to make connection in term of configuration 1 ( see picture up ).
In the second example user has access to the Ethernet10 local area network, and to the analog telephone line at same time. These two ways are complete indepedent. User can communicate by voice or/and data, because has a PS connected.
In the third example user has access to the Internet via public Internet server, and can communicate by voice or/and data.
